I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and I didn't want to leave. They were spotlessly clean, although on the smaller side. One thing to note is that the large balcony pictured with the King Suite w/balcony is only available on the second floor rooms. The service was top-notch; the staff even moved us to another room to ensure we had a fabulous experience with a fireplace. The morning rooftop bar views were phenomenal. The location couldn't have been better - right in downtown Napa, close to the river, shops, and restaurants. Dining was fine, and I particularly enjoyed the artisan bread. The facilities were great overall.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although incredibly hot due to the fireplace, were so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. However, the view from my room looked down on the disgusting back side of a Kohl's department store, cluttered with trash and boxes in an alley. The service was a bit inconsistent, with kind and welcoming moments mixed with gruff and dismissive interactions. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to many great dining options within a short walk. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some dishes being fine while others were not good.
